No, I have not.
3. Does this change our perception of computers (infallibility, certainty etc)?​
Yes, code is created by people, and people may have a bias, and it may seep into the code.
4. How can we use awareness of this issue to make better choices, decisions, or share?
We can create better AI , checked by many different people, and recognize that AI cannot solve all the worlds problems and humans still need to fact check, a computer is not perfect, it is a tool created by humans. And humans still need to be able to keep it in check
